Well, I tend to agree with the latter comment but I'd say if ur above 15% BF, u have no choice but to kill carbs for quick fat loss. PED's is essential if using carbless or low carb diets, IMO. And those symptoms of muscle-wasting during workouts dont go away after two weeks buddy. Use PED's and eat 2g/lb of bodyweight in protein or else ur losing precious mass in the process.
