Article: Serious Bicep Isolation

3. has pretty much been a staple in my bicep workouts.
Haven't tried 1 and 2 but will incorporate.
I pulse 4 every other week
 
1 is basically the only Continuous Bicep work I have at all year round...with the occasional Drag Curls I'll do once every 4-5 weeks just to keep a bit of balance lol...
 
Deff trying this out since I don't gain any size in biceps for a month.... I don't feel the bicep work as much as I did so i'll givr this a try ! Thanks
