There's a back squat, and a front squat. Obviously the back squat is with the bar resting on your traps, front is where you are holding the bar on top of your chest. It's a good Exercise, try it out.
I know, but I call them front squats and barbell squats. Even though they're both utilizing barbells. Say barbell squat and no one is going to ask front or back; they'll just know.
