So what does a ''concentration of .1 and 25 micromoles'' would mean as far as oral resveratrol supplementation? How much would it take to get a concentration like that in muscle cells?

I don't know for oral but the patch gets you 100%.

0.16 micromole is where blood plasma would be from a 250 mg tab. But returns diminish quickly after that. 25 micromole would be pretty improbable with oral administration.
 
Wasn't there just an article not too long ago stating that antioxidants have negative effects on hypertrophy and muscle building when consumed somewhat near a workout?

Now this antioxidant, resveratrol, will actually "induce hypertrophy" as the researchers put it?

Where is the article because vitamin c is in a antioxidant which is in a lot of no products.
