Article: Rear Delt Destroyers

Been tryin to work on my rear delts for 3 weeks now by bringing in face pulls to my workout, hitting shoulders tomoro and will be starting this. Seems extreme and gd :D
 
This is an old article, but worth reading. It simply works. I was surprised how fast I saw improvements.
it makes me think what else is worth working 'against common wizdom'.
