exercising and just eating fruits and vegetables is not going to get you the results you want either. you need a balanced attack.. "adding protein and fiber can help" lol..
Never had a great luck with fat burners ! don't use them at all i eat good and workout and i may add some cardio depending on what stage of the game i am in!! Always works never failed me plus have more money to spent !!!!
I'm not saying that she is necessairly wrong but it would seem that all she did was "reviewed the evidence surrounding hundreds of weight loss supplements." I would be far more impressed if she actually did some research....

Fat burners are always temp the body goes back to its normal ways .. that is why learning to eat clean saves a lot of extra fat that you have to lose after all!! Fat burners have their place but a lot of them are either a hype or they crap!
