ZMA isn't good enough. People need to get ionic magnesium because it's highly absorbable. Most magnesium isn't absorbable which is why it helps people with constipation because the unabsorbed magnesium draws water into the colon.

Ever since j started taking Drs Best magnesium I've never slept better and been more calm.

Try Ancient Minerals magnesium oil...been using it on and off for almost 6 years, stuff is awesome.
 
I have this. Is one spray to the top of the feet 1 hour before bed sufficient to help sleep?

I actually do the mag oil first thing in the morning or after training which is either first thing or the mid afternoon....I don't use the mag oil all the time but its awesome to apply after a strenuous w/o.

For bed time I use ZMK. I get better sleep with ZMK than the mag oil, sometimes I'll use both if I'm having a really hard time trying to sleep.
 
I like mag oil whenever I'm hanging out watching a movie, TV, playing vids etc, because I can hang out topless while it works/dries, etc. It easily rubs off on clothes otherwise. I use as much as possible, with a spray bottle, on my upper torso, legs, tops of feet, inside of arms, forearms. The more you use, the better, as it takes a while for your body to reach it's saturation point.

For bed, I like ZMK, but better yet, ZMK/Somnidren-GH combo.
