Article: Lagging Biceps

My training partner had me do this several months ago...holy crap... Felt all the work in my bi's... This same idea can be applied to hams..keep your feet relaxed while doing leg curls and it puts more stress on the legs.. We apply this at the start of our sets, then as we tire we will utilize the more flexed position to crank out the last couple reps.
 
Are they speaking of flipping the wrist backwards?

Gotcha, yeah someone showed me, brushed it off. I'll pay more attention to it.
