Article: High Frequency Hypertrophy Training

I couldn't see a "sample day" within this article. Could you post a sample 12-week plan based on Deadlift and Delts?
 
I think this concept is fantastic and a great approach. This is geared toward the same thinking of "Ori Hofmekler". Although, the training seems good can you post a sample week? or day!? that would be a huge help!
