Coolness, I had to google. utoob these...but happy to say I do them all once a week..but my back looks nothin like Arnolds :-p
 
Love all three of these. One of my favorites that was shown to me by a friend is sternum pull ups with a supinated grip. Similar to the technique used on inverted rows, pulling your sternum up to the bar with a squeeze and hold at the top made my lats blow up
