Article: Growing Difficult Biceps

I can never really tell if these workouts are aimed more at people who use steroids or not...I mean doing 10 sets for biceps daily with that one method...where does the recovery come in..I don't want to come to the gym lifting less weight on some days because I feel weaker
 
There's actually some good info for lagging biceps buried in some of the nonsense in there. If you've trained long enough, you can easily see the difference. Stating that a training technique can only be paired with your bloodflow-enhancing OTC product was really amusing for me though.

The only thing I got out of this was the pull-ups challenge...I'll probably try one of those as a finisher for back and a pre exhaust for biceps
 
I don't agree with training biceps everyday. I tried a workout theory that trained arms evry 48 hours and it killed my shoulders, elbows, and wrists after 3 weeks. My arms seemed to grow but I lost it as soon as I went back to a normal routine. I still do think that you need to up training on lagging body parts but not to that extreme.....just my two cents!
