Soy is crap. Much better plant sources for protein. Soy and it's effects on the thyroid plus the phytoestrogenic properties of soy make it a No go for me.
I've read far too many things about Soys negative effects on our bodies! Soy is evil in my book and I certainly won't be adding it to my shakes! Whey mixed with milk every time for me!!
Agreeing with all of the above comments. Soy is terrible, pea protein would be better. But unless your vegan/vegetarian, a wide enough selection of varying proteins can be sourced from animal derived proteins.
