Ive never understood that-order (refering to the sequence of exercise) has absolutley nothing to do with certain groups growing.
ie: if you start with dumbell flies followed by cable flies and finish up with bench-the pecs major muscle gets the exact amount of volume and work than if you did cable flies, bench, then dumbell flies. Or any combination of the exercises listed.
Muscles grow based on localised damages and microtraumas- it doesnt matter what exercises provide the stimulus
