Article: Exercise Order Doesn't Affect Growth

Yea but if you log your workouts you're going to want to keep the same order of exercises to track your progression
 
Ive never understood that-order (refering to the sequence of exercise) has absolutley nothing to do with certain groups growing.

ie: if you start with dumbell flies followed by cable flies and finish up with bench-the pecs major muscle gets the exact amount of volume and work than if you did cable flies, bench, then dumbell flies. Or any combination of the exercises listed.

Muscles grow based on localised damages and microtraumas- it doesnt matter what exercises provide the stimulus
 
undoubtedly the tests were performed on 60 year old obese women. not disagreeing with the article though, just poking fun at these 'studies'.
