Good article. I was never a bro, but used to eat "clean" 24/7, and could have told you my macros and actual total cals within a very small margin on any given day. Ever since I started following IIFYM, and simply ballparking the macros, I have seen better results than ever before. I can only speculate that it has something to do with giving my body more variety of food sources, and focusing more on feeding my body when it asks to be fed, instead of just giving it whatever amount of protein, fats, and carbs that I had predetermined to be appropriate the day before.
