Article: Enjoy Exercise More With Caffeine

I have known this for a while, good to see the data is finally there. Dosage of Caffeine needs to be pretty high though.
 
This is good. I've found a cup of black coffee to be a much more effective pre-workout than any powder or "energy shot" i've taken before a workout. It seems to cut down on the mental fatigue that settles in during the last 1/3 or so of a workout.

What do u dose. I take 200-400mg.
