This is good. I've found a cup of black coffee to be a much more effective pre-workout than any powder or "energy shot" i've taken before a workout. It seems to cut down on the mental fatigue that settles in during the last 1/3 or so of a workout.
Pretty close to where you are; around 250-400 depending on how tired I am. I hit the gym in the afternoon and like to sleep at night so I haven't messed with more.
