Awesome article and so true, I started about 8 weeks ago on all my leg, shoulder, back, and bench press stopping on every set and holding at the top for 2 seconds. Your right it's an eye opener instead of 5 setting 290 265 for five becomes difficult when stopping every rep. But like you said I have gained mass and strength along with some humility by training this way. Thanks for the support I'm going to keep this up until I can reach my goal of 405 with a competition pause. By the way I'm 50 and weigh 185lbs
