Didnt touch on trap deads

I can't due straight bar deads due to chronic swollen si joint and diagnosis of arthritis in lower back/hips. So I just do trap deads instead
 
Agree on driving through the heels... I found a double over hand grip works best for me. Heavy weight, low reps, and always from the dead position. Unless I'm doing stiff legs, but that is another tale..
