Bahaha, oh the stuff "they" try to tell us. Too bad alcohol is also a carcinogen and doesn't allow you to metabolize food until you metabolize all the alcohol in your system= quickest way to get fat..
 
Funny they didn't mention soy is insanely estrogenic and should not be part of any bodybuilders diet in my opinion; I won't even get near that stuff. Thanks, I stick to the beer!

Yea... Any truth to the whole beans n seeds containing soy as well? Like sunnflower seeds, flax etc? I like edamame (baby soy beans) every now and again..

I remember one year about 3 years ago where I was eating soynut butter in high quantities And eating very low carb but still got all puffy n soft. Smh lol live n learn

Not sure what you mean here, only soy plants contain soy. However, many plants do contain phytoestrogens, which can affect your hormone levels if you eat enough of them. Both sunflowers and flax contain some.

However, since most plants contain some amount of them, what matters is the dose of phytoestrogens that you are ingesting. In other words, just don't go crazy with foods that contain high amounts of phyto-e and you should be fine.
