This is cheater reps. Used in bodybuilding and does work. After you knock out as many as you can with correct form to get the extra pump and cause more hypertrophy. You do have you do have to understand what your doing.
Yeah sure it works when you are the lucky one that never gets injured even doing it wrong and got bigger due to chemicals. To be honest this is a blasphemy. I wouldn't post something like that in any serious website.
If you know you're body and aren't a complete idiot i don't see how you could get injured. This is just a read on how cheating can push you past a plateau. Any one who lifts knows this I would hope
Everybody thinks they are experienced enough to try things out as this info is spread worldwide it really needs to be contained to only real veterans in any case which I do not agree. Apart from being dangerous even for Pros there are other safer ways to try and break a plateau. Bad form is that bad and a risky form. That's why it has that name.Lots of people think they are on plateau just by having other ingredients failing in their lives for instance nutrition or lack of sleep. Who knows. So you can imagine bad nutrition, lack of sleep and bad form that's like a Molotov Cocktail.
