Use the smith and do half reps. Come on Arnie?!!

He's telling us what he used to do. You may disagree with him but can you argue with the results he got? I think not. I personally used to hate squatting as someone who is 6'9" my range of motion was limited but after working at my technique, I'm now squatting well below parallel and the gains in size of my legs have been great. I love the Deadlift too though.
 
half reps only work half the muscle, and they are also so bad for your knees. And the smith will **** up your form.
 
Ok hardwork25 English in not my native language . Sorry but next i gonna try be perfect like you even taking my Steroids did you get hurt? Or you are the kind of guy who use it and think nobody knows . I use it and let me tell you something if you are the guy of the pic , i am 10000% better than you. Jjjaaaaaa
