Article: Arachidonic Acid Grows Muscle

This study is garbage. Average weight, when converted to lb, went from 127.2 to 130.7. Were these "strength athletes" novices? Trained? I don't know any sub-130 lb "strength athletes" except for females. Were they all females? Would this have the same transference to male, trained, 180 + lb athletes? What was the starting bench press? When divided out, the gain was 5 extra lb strength in bench + leg press COMBINED? Is this statistically significant? Additionally, there were no controls on diet. And furthermore, when were the measurements taken? Was this controlled? Lots of holes in the study...

Ask anybody who has taken x gels they will tell you it works ara works hands down I tried two bottles which helped me gain 7 pounds pumps were stupid insane I was walking swole best natty sup out there right now.

That's LBM (Lean Body Mass) by DEXA scan, not average body weight.
They were trained.
They were men.
Starting Bench Press was 229 lbs. Starting Leg press 510 lbs.
The combined gain was average 110 lbs in ARA vs 76 in Placebo.
All measures reached statistical significance.
BTW, you should know that statistical significance is more about the association between the intervention and the outcome, not necessarily the magnitude of the change.
Dietary protocols were not disclosed in the abstract.
Measurements taken at baseline and after 8 weeks.
Training was controlled.

Everything but the controls on training and dietary protocols is clearly disclosed in the abstract. Your reading comprehension is garbage.

Testing. Can everyone see this one?

I see it.

I saw all of yours. Why would we censor you in a PRO ARA article?

When I read the thread at this link, I don't see my response to you:

Strange. I see everything just fine.

Now I see all of my comments. Strange. I'll just have to chalk it up to some delay in processing the posts?

There is a separate cache for article comments but it usually updated when you add a comment (Since its your comment). I'll double check everything and see if we can find something.
