Article: All About Occlusion Training

so this is really only good for arms and thighs? This type of training wouldnt necessarily be of benefit to groups in the back, chest, glutes? This is great for people that have trouble growing their arms and thighs or just want to take it to the next level. But wouldnt this be a good way to get some disproportionate limbs?

Very interesting. I'll have to try this with my arms as that is my weak area. Some videos would help out for us visual learners.
