No, if you're not drinking white tea, you're behind the times. White tea has even more EGCG, antioxidants and antibacterial/antiviral effects than green tea. What they don't tell you about the 6.2 times more antioxidants than goji berries or 17 times more than blueberries is that it's by weight. If you ate blueberries, you'd consume 50 times or more the weight than green tea, so you actually get more antioxidants from the berries...
