Arimistane or formestane?

For cutting?

If you want to cut, then it's the King Kitchen Supplement you are looking for, and at your body fat percentage (13% right?)
You could look into the following stack to help you with the KKS thing.

  • Exotherm - Non-stim fat burner (TD)
  • Letrone - Increase HGH; Increase IGF-1; Increase T3 and T4 = increase metabolism
  • Vector - Muscle mass gains; Fat loss potential; Performance enhancement
  • Follidrone - Fat loss; Muscle Mass Increase; Antioxidant

Eat right, and get it.

For cutting, I would highly recommend Letrone. Formestane is suppressive and arimistane is weak / much less effective. Most can dose Letrone at 1 cap a day for results meaning the bottle lasts 60 days. 2 caps is is sometimes too strong or cannot be tolerated for more than a few weeks without joints getting too sore etc..

Why do you need to control estrogen? And have bloods to back it up?
Remember your body needs some estrogen

formestane IMO is too much for just cutting... and arimistane is not enough/sometimes not even slightly useful for estro control... i'd look into something like sns inhibit e for a decent balance of estro control and fat/water loss. As well, most fat burner products contain some type of diuretic (hell even caffeine is) so water weight usulaly isn't much of a concern unless its truly estrogen related.

lol...I start drooling even thinking about formestane!!!!

and atd? what do you think?

ATD does the job.
Be carefull with the dose it is even very effective at only 25mg pre bed, higher dosage can cause you loss of libido, joint pain and bad mood and lethargy.
ATD has saved my nipples many times even at 25 mg/ed.

if you're not trying to squash estrogen, form is awesome! I just don't recommend running it too high...as it can be suppressive, and can also lower DHT levels. But in moderate doses, it's pretty amazing!

I'm guessing you're in the UK where there are more options...ATD, Form, etc

I've always heard that form lowered dht, but felt like it raised dht in reality....were there ever tests proving that form actually does lower dht?

I know that arthor l rea wrote the definitive article on formestane and he said that form lowered dht, but I've never seen proof.

I'am not in the UK but in the EU .
ATD is also sold otc in Germany but to a higher price then UK.

******** nutrition. You have used before with success? Ordering it from the US or elsewhere?
I'm in EU but I believe there have been US orders from them with no issues.

My first order went super quick, the second was delayed with lame excuses. Pretty expensive compared to other EU retailers but unfortunately they carry stuff others don't.

Did not order the stuff you are looking at the moment so can't say.

Throwing this one into the ring given the write up says it’s better then both;
