Arichidonic Acid - Some Research

my 2 cents..... injectables and orals are somewhat comparable, if u train right and eat right but have any of u done a 12 week cycle of sust deca a dbol?...................... the amount of shots does get annoying and u get so huge and ur balls get so small and pct doesn't save as much mass as ud want. now with the orals u can pulse and keep ur gains and most of ur ballness. just have the supporting supps handy and keep ur diet clean and don't drink liquer, I'm 32 and have been pretty dedicated since my mid 20's, the only prob I have is I really don't eat enough.


Well steroids are really intended for people at or near their genetic limits. PH's and oral only cycles may be useful for the smaller guys but eventually you'll need to be on to gain/maintain. John knows how I feel about x-factor but I don't have the time to pop in every one of these damn threads and tell you my horror story. (Just search) Is 3 or 4 pounds really worth the risk of f-ing yourself up. 95% of those on the bandwagon could gain that in a few weeks with food and compound lifts.

Still not training legs (Quads) almost 4 months later BTW. Getting by though.

but I tend to use them sparingly but they have been effective and fairly light on my system, I am very in tune with my body and I know when something doesn't agree with me, but yes the diet thing is key to all, I go through spurts of eating like a horse to just eating enough it's times like eating like a horse is when I'll pulse with xf and epi or mtren and pp. It only makes sense to take the calculated risk only when I can take full advantage of the amount of building material that I shoval into my face for about 3 weeks cause then I get sick of eating and start playin wii or somthing not related to physical activity ( though I have sweat my ass off playin the wii) capice:food:
