Im not talking about lactose tolerance issues here.
Unless you've been hiding under a rock, you've seen/read the articles that espouse this notion; specifically, telling you to avoid dairy products for optimal health. But..........WHY?
WHAT exactly is it in dairy that these claims are made? People even link dairy to cancer!
I personally feel MUCH BETTER when eating non-dairy protein sources. Rarely ever sick, don't hold water as bad, never bloated after I eat, more energy. But WHY?
