Are BCAAs even necessary

BCAAS are found in your protein...
If your protein intake is high you won't see much benefit from taking extra BCAAs. However, some have argued that it is a good idea to take them

pre-workout and post. However, as I said if your diet is correct and your whey protein intake is sufficient BCAAs are a $12 that could have been saved.

BCAAs help alot when cutting but help just as much when bulking if you no how to take them when you need them. Sipping them all day is just stupid IMO. I take mine immediate pre, intra, and immediately post.

I think you're 100% correct mike. You need to know how to use them and how your body responds. When I am cutting I tend to use more then when I'm bulking. When I'm bulking I use more EAAs . Regardless, there's a bunch of human studies on BCAAs. Can't say that about a lot of supplements.

I have to admit... I didn't know BCAAs had so much presence. Me & cop went back and forth over it, but I guess I understand how important they are.
I have been using them during and after my lifting sessions...

I started training over ten years ago but didn't start using BCAAs untill about two years ago. Really wish I started sooner.

On top of taking them before, during and after training I would also recommend first thing in the morning and again before bed.
