Some guys know me and some do not as I have ran my fair share of logs and I cannot say I have been looking forward to one this much in awhile. I am currently 232lbs, 6'3, and looking to do some real damage on this run. I have been steadily losing weight, toning my diet to fit myself, and placing myself in the best situations to succeed and I am pleased with my progress thus far. This is my first true attempt at weight gain since well damn, since Dec. 2012. I am looking to end up close to 240-245 but keep my Bf% below 14%. Will not be counting Macros and hope it will feel good for once as Ive gotten way better with my portion control. To note I am looking to keep myself at 3800 total cals. Will not be so picky as from where and will specify as I need or if I need to observe my nutrition more carefully. Only really looking into adding pizza and restaurant meal for 2 dinner picks out of the week. With an added meal on each day.
Recomp is still my major goal as my BF% is still high enough to keep my from my overall goal but I like the gradual approach and want to keep as much strength as possible. I am still into Powerlifting so I like pushing myself to the brink of fainting and stumbling to the bench to sit lol. Major thing to improve will be my SC as I am still hoping to break a state record here.
PRs:
Bench Press: 374.5 Paused
Deadlift: 530 (Im one stiff legged SOB)
Squat: Haven't done it in a meet so 405 will just be my predicted max atm)
SC: 160lbs unofficial and State Record is 170lbs
The Stack:
X-Factor: will be dosing 4 caps for 1g ArA
Peak Beta+: 4 caps PWO
GMS: one scoop PWO
Creatine: Haven't added yet I want to gauge the pumps from the GMS and ArA for 2 weeks then see if its needed
Intra: Amino IV, Purple Wrath
Whey+Metabolic Powder: Cor-Whey, PES Select- Literally my top two proteins to date
Will need to find another Multi as I am officially out of OT

These are my starting Ideas that look like they need to be here out of the 3 pages I have written out from the past 2 weeks of setting this all in motion. I just ask that you all bear with me as I press forward, offer your advice and criticism, and hope we can press each other to new heights.
