Some guys know me and some do not as I have ran my fair share of logs and I cannot say I have been looking forward to one this much in awhile. I am currently 232lbs, 6'3, and looking to do some real damage on this run. I have been steadily losing weight, toning my diet to fit myself, and placing myself in the best situations to succeed and I am pleased with my progress thus far. This is my first true attempt at weight gain since well damn, since Dec. 2012. I am looking to end up close to 240-245 but keep my Bf% below 14%. Will not be counting Macros and hope it will feel good for once as Ive gotten way better with my portion control. To note I am looking to keep myself at 3800 total cals. Will not be so picky as from where and will specify as I need or if I need to observe my nutrition more carefully. Only really looking into adding pizza and restaurant meal for 2 dinner picks out of the week. With an added meal on each day.

Recomp is still my major goal as my BF% is still high enough to keep my from my overall goal but I like the gradual approach and want to keep as much strength as possible. I am still into Powerlifting so I like pushing myself to the brink of fainting and stumbling to the bench to sit lol. Major thing to improve will be my SC as I am still hoping to break a state record here.

PRs:
Bench Press: 374.5 Paused
Deadlift: 530 (Im one stiff legged SOB)
Squat: Haven't done it in a meet so 405 will just be my predicted max atm)
SC: 160lbs unofficial and State Record is 170lbs

Creatine: Haven't added yet I want to gauge the pumps from the GMS and ArA for 2 weeks then see if its needed

Whey+Metabolic Powder: Cor-Whey, PES Select- Literally my top two proteins to date
Will need to find another Multi as I am officially out of OT :(

These are my starting Ideas that look like they need to be here out of the 3 pages I have written out from the past 2 weeks of setting this all in motion. I just ask that you all bear with me as I press forward, offer your advice and criticism, and hope we can press each other to new heights.

Was a good lift, about my 3rd day in on this stack and I must say the Peak Beta is really good for endurance. I have to leave the gym long before Im worn out. The GMS seems to finally be hitting me full effect, vascularity and pumps are pretty darn sweet and are better than when I have been used to with other pump aids. Interested in what else it holds. ArA doesn't seem to be hurting me yet but I dont expect a difference in DOMs for 2 weeks.

Well guys last week was awesome all across the board nothing too new in terms of sup usage but some new hard earned PRs on my part. First up hit 505 on Deadlifts for 5reps, felt like it took all damn day to finish but I pulled that crap! 2nd PR on DB bench with 120s for 13 reps. Feeling good that my strength is still there and can only get better as I press on forward.

Now the weird, think Im finally getting sick. Stuffy head, lethargy, and snot rolling out my nose left and right. Its just enough to make me sick but It was leg day so I went and hit that hoe.

Ok the good news:
Pumps are damn good so far. Increased endurance especially on heavier leg days make me hopeful in the Peak beta+ hype. GMS still mixes like crap but I believe in the pump ability as this swollen appearance when supersetting is something new for me.

The Bad:
somehow somewhere Ive been losing weight, and this is the real reason I think Im sick atm Im down to 227lbs and did indeed bump my cals up to 4,000. Will be doing a re-evaluation soon as I wont allow not eating ENOUGH to be a setback for me. Currently I am still hitting PRs, no increased soreness, and am able to train longer than normal. Hopefully after another week it will be time to add stims back into the mix and my intensity will pick back on up or maybe i will search for a training partner to compete against as I lift. Competition breeds excellence

Feeling way better as of late weight is still sitting at 230 but Im not too worried on that. DayQuill has been my friend as of late and only take it early am, 11pm and at night as to keep it away from all else, best I can anyway.

Back day was more than a success. Awesome sweat going today and only had ArA, PeakBeta, and GMS rolling so I was more than pleased. The pumps did nail me on Biceps twice and its the kind of pump that takes awhile to go down. Even after eating and laying down im still quite full feeling and that's something new to me so i figure its worth noting. DOMs still seems normal, Im thinking it will be another week before notice a true "strength change".

One of those few times that the volume gets away from me but its rare that I feel so good on DLs so I keep on pressing it as all the factors were playing in together. Honestly felt unstoppable pulling weight up off the floor. Got the weight moved and it was in a comfortable way until I laid down in bed. I must have been suicidal by the end of it as it was quite rough and the soreness the next day was unbelievable but soon is already gone this Sat as I get ready for another leg day on Sun.

Fridays Chest day sucked!

Just no motivation after leaving work, I was pretty tired, worked an hr over and just didn't have the mindset to actually lift. Took it as a deload day and went extremely light. After 45mins I went on outside and ran for 30mins to beat my boredom and to finish off the day.

Weight Update holding steady at 228 currently. Will be adding creatine as soon as it gets here. Previous one just didn't sit well with my stomach

Kind of been deloading with lighter weights lately. I have noticed that people think I am alot heavier than what I am as my weights been going down still my strength and "Mass" seem to be going up. Its kind of weird but I honestly walk around with a strong Alpha presence and dont mind it at all. I feel strong, I feel big, thus weights going to move and PRs will be set.

Sun Leg Day was alot of volume with lower weight. Honestly didnt go over 225lbs on anything and went absolutely NUTZ in the gym. Honestly finally appreciating these wheels as its been a long road to get them.

As far as today it was another light Day. Glad I did

Incline bench: 6 sets for 100 reps total
Db Bench: 80x alternating presses with a pause at the bottom. Added an extra 3reps to my right side to build it up more I hope.
Cable Crossovers: 35x60reps in 4 sets
Bw Dips: 100reps
H.S. Chest Press w/ 1 arm: 80x15, 100x15x5sets

Sry for the messy look but Im burnt and tired lol worked both jobs and was in hell with both but I get plenty of sleep tonight so goodnight folks

From personal experience I can tell you 1.5g/day (workouts) is the best dose I've used!

I expect the same will apply to you (or you may actually enjoy an even higher dose since you have about 20lb on me, but that wallet be hurt)

I expect the same will apply to you (or you may actually enjoy an even higher dose since you have about 20lb on me, but that wallet be hurt)
Solid feedback, and even the bigger guys tend to do quite well on 6 X-Factor a day. I really don't see the need to go any higher.

Me either, just saying there's always the possibility... And there are quite a few users I've seen who only use and swear by 2g/day

I'll forever be a 6 caps/day kinda guy lol

Used 8caps Peak Beta+ today / ArA 45mins prior and the interesting side of the sick pumps I had were nice. Ate really well today and was able to go the day without oversnacking or undereating so Im trying to keep this up. Adding CreXcel to the mix as my Creatine force.

Honestly surprised as there was no cramping, or spasms that night or the whole next day. Just a great fullness that did not drop until well after lunch. Thats one hell of a window and while 6 caps will be a sweet spot, I think Back days and Arm days 8 caps will be a staple unless Pump agents are used.
