ARA Q?

Ive read the write up on ara and just want some personal opinions. On a six day on 1 off workout scedule should i skip the dose on my off day? What works best?
 
I tried 4sofgel a day for 50 days, and 6softgel prework for 50 workouts.
I think one or the other, both are good protocols.
Duringwork increased strength, greater vascularization, doms increased the day after training.
According to my point of view, the ARA is taken in a period of hyperalimentation, with slightly high protein, compared to the norm, in the sense, usually it is advisable from 1.5 to 1.8 gr per kg lbm during the bulk periods, and about 2.5 / 3 / 3.5 gr in periods of definition. In the maintenance periods, even 2gr are fine.
Here, the bulk of the period, when ARA, I'd be around 2,5gr x lbm!
I was fine with stack Anabeta Elite + High Volume + Soy lecithin!
good product, one of the few that actually works with tangible effects!

Just dose on days you workout. So yes, 6 days of ArA, 1 day off.

Thanks for the feedback :D I've tried both as well, but did prefer the higher pre-workout dose.

I ran a while back with some great results. What are your expectations for the run?
 
Bulk..i use to take eponox back when it was around anf had awesome results..im trying to mimic the run..only 1st week in and can tell a little mote vascularity

I would suggest going with Fern. As I recall it's only like $7/tub. 2-4 tbsp and you are good to go!
