ArA and cardiovascular biomarkers

Looking at ArA, specially X Gels, I was wondering if moderate hypertension, as well slightly elevated LDL levels, would be reason enough to not supplement this?

Go for it bro. Check out Neuron's thread over at bb.com for dosing if you haven't already.

No change in blood pressure on any of my runs. You'll be good to go.

If you're concerned, run some bloodwork during your ARA run; there is a risk with the LDL, but I very much doubt you will have any issues.

If you get a CRP lab done, that might be elevated and hospitals tend to use that value as one of the markers of possible heart attack.

Thanks for mentioning this. I actually had my C-Reactive Protein measured this past January with a result of 3 mg/L which apparently shows some level of systemic inflammation.
