I got an x ray done last week on my back and found out I have two bulging discs. They told me it's from to much stress on my lower back before my bones were done growing. I've been doing manual labor since I was 16 and I'm a late bloomer ( I grew a foot when I turned 18).
Starting to think ARA probably isn't the best thing to be taking with bulging discs. Or maybe I should start at lower dose like 1 cap or 2 caps of X gels?
I have ep1c and I was planning on dosing that as soon as I wake up. Then dosing ara almost 10 hours away when I work out.
I still have two bottles of ABE
Do you guys think I should toss the ARA just to be safe? Or would dosing asprin like suggested possibly help.
Other than that what supps would you suggest to add to this stack? I'm bulking.
