APS Testalensis 100 and Icariin 50 - Test Drive (Sponsored)

Milas

Board Sponsor
A big THANKS to JudgementDay and APS for letting me try their new Bulbine Natalensis product Testalensis 100. As a bonus, they also sent out their Icariin 50 which is Icaritin 50% at 100mg, supposed to be a good PDE-5 inhibitor (libido booster) and vasodilator.

So far I've used iForce Tropinol and RLS Phytoserms-347 which are both Bulbine based test boosters. I had great effects from both, better than other natural test boosters I've tried, so now I want to see if the extracted version from APS stacks up!

I just finished my first NPC bodybuilding show, and immediately started the Testalensis 100 and Icariin 50 stack. I'm running it at 1 cap of each AM, midday, and PM. I'll be going the full 25 days using this protocol. Today I am on day 5 (sorry for the late start of the log!).

I have already noticed an increase in libido and mood. This effect is more noticeable than either the Tropinol or Phytoserms in this time frame. Tropinol actually negatively impacted my libido after the first week, so I'll be watching for that with APS. Effects in the gym have been energy and focus, with normal aggression levels. I'd say I'm a little more testy at home, but I'm not going to attribute that to APS yet :).

So, let's get the party started!

Good day in the gym working hamstrings. Overall mood and energy is GREAT! So far effects are coming in faster than expected, and I'm enjoying that "feelsgoodman" feeling :D.

Really looking forward to Monday to tear up the weights on Chest day (well, tear them up as best I can in my puny size)!!!

Yes, and after this it's on to ErgoTest, the new bulbine product coming out from ErgoGenix! I'll have to list up the differences I've noticed between them...

Cardio: 25 minutes

Had a decent workout, chest just feels very weak. I was doing a burnout set of 135, and couldn't even get to the safety pins, had to bail on one side. I'm glad no one was around! I don't know what happened, but my chest is uber weak now...

Other than that, the APS products still taste great and kept me going. I was up and at 'em at 5AM after going to bed at 12AM, so feeling great on overall energy. I think the Testalensis has kicked in and is giving me that great test-booster feel good energy that I really like!

Cardio - 10 minutes LISS

Had a great quad day, feels good to get back to 315 for multiple sets on squats, and going below parallel (for some at least). I had great energy and persistence in the gym this morning. I pushed through what would normally cause a lot of pain, so I felt really good about that!

Strength and endurance are certainly improving from my recent cut, and I'd say I'm staying quite lean while regaining strength/weight, which is great! I am really liking the stack! Energy and feel good mood are awesome too!

Thanks, they're weaker than I want, but gotta start somewhere!

Great updates and detail! damn bro you looked great when you competed, do you plan on doing another in the future?

Wife says no, I say maybe.... ;)

Overall a good workout. Next week I think I'll do some deadlifts, it's been a while since I've done them. I'll also probably do some DB rows as well. I think I need to add some more stuff for back width, any ideas?

Still going strong on the stack, plenty of energy and motivation. Libido is ticking up too ;)

Nice workout!

For back width I've really been liking cable pulldowns(using the cable crossover cables on your knees doing pulldowns) Ever try them before? Can't get a wider grip then that lol

Haven't tried that in many, many years. I'll have to give it a shot.

So this morning was a little slow going. I got to the gym later than normal (had to hop online before heading out the door, and got caught up). I was really gassing out on the SLDLs to start with, grip just wasn't great this morning. I was also feeling more in my lower back than usual as I was pulling at the parallel point. I was just slow moving between exercises too.

Not too shabby overall though, felt good hammy stretch on the good mornings, and leg curls were feeling good too.

I had a lot of making up to do after last night's B-Day party. I ate almost a whole pizza (Papa Johns thin crust with chicken, bacon and ham), and a couple slices of cake. I knew I'd be over my calories! I ended up around 4K, with a burn of 3.2K, so an excess of ~800 cals. More cardio time this weekend!
