Just wanted to give props to applied nutriceuticals. I stopped by my local vitamin shoppe last night and they had some samples of rpm. I always take some sort of pre workout. An hour before my workout today I popped two and headed off. It was an amazing day at the gym. Great energy and it really increased my stamina and focus. 4 hours later and no crash so far. I will be buying a bottle and I am certainly looking forward to the workouts.
