I know it may seem hard to believe, but we really are going to make a decision. Haha! We are really focusing on making the best decision for AppNut, so it is taking a little longer than we thought. Again, thanks for the patience.

Since there is a lot of chatter, im going to come out and say I was a finalist, but was informed that due to a error in judgement on my part (in february I attempted to trade away part of a promo that I had won and didn't want to use).. A few people pm'ed vitruvian about this and asked that I not be picked. This is understandable, and I take responsibility for my actions, but I also know that it was my first and only bad move on this forum and I learned my lesson, everyone deserves a second chance, I firmly believe that.. So I'm assuming that no, they didn't find anyone.. But who knows.

I recently did a log for AN on another forum and can tell you, their reps are top-notch!
 
Sooo I just noticed Drooks post about the initiation. That was supposed to be hush hush. But hey! We all did it...... I think......Wait.......
 
Everyone,

I have to start by giving a sincere apology for the delay in replying. This process turned out to be a much larger undertaking than I had expected.

In the past, every single AppNut rep I added was individually sought out and recruited one on one. This is my preferred method. Stalk my prey and pounce on them in the form of a PM. This whole idea of applications basically required me to attempt to apply the same level of investigative meticulousness to a lot of people's forum histories.

Overall, we had a LOT of people to stalk, and a lot of strong members. However, for me to add someone I needed them to be strong in all aspects of what I needed: Quality posts, good attitude, strong post count ratio compared to membership, steady forum activity, and interest and previous use of AppNut products. The issue is I had people that were strong in some of these, but only a couple who were remotely strong in ALL. With this in mind, I cannot add any applicants AT THIS TIME. I will continue to monitor some members, and may be sending a PM invite in the future. If by chance I wait too long and the interest is lost, or they are picked up by another company- that will simply be our loss. In good conscience, I can't add anyone now, don't want to string anyone along, and can only hope things align to where I can get a couple of you guys on the team in the coming months. As an apology for anyone left waiting..... anyone who submitted an actual application to me prior to today: Send me your shipping information. I want to thank you properly for your interest in our company and your patience.
