Applied Nutriceuticals Product "Appnut" Never seen before log!

hey guys just giving alittle update. I decided to take my girl out for a day of sailing on our little sunfish the other day and had quite a few problems. I ended up rope burning the whole right inside of my hand, so it is all rock hard scabbed and pretty much can't bend as well as a pretty nasty jellyfish sting. Terrible day... dang it.

So im not really sure what I am going to do about weight training for the last few days I have left on this product.
 
Did your girl have fun at least, watching your bumbling around getting hurt? I know my wife would have enjoyed watching me get stung by a jelly fish,lol. J\K, hope you heal up!:laugh2:
