On the 8th day of Christmas APEX gave to me, some supplements and they were free....

Twas the night before Christmas, when all thro’ the house,
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse;
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there;
Family in their beds getting their rest through the night,
But in the garage, there's still a light;
Grunting and heavy breathing behind the closed door,
Metal plates banging together and AC&DC record on;
Man finishing up his workout, pushing through the last reps,
Chugs down his whey shake, a quick shower and off to bed;

Next morning checks his stocking to see what he can find,
And there lays this... This gel of some kind;
"Few pumps to the traps, few pumps to the chest",
"Apply daily and reach your apex";
Applies the gel daily and keeps putting in the work,
Starts to get comments like "Looking swole, bro!";
Visibly leaning out, appearance of new veins,
PR's being broken, making all kinds of gains;
Motivation up, willing to go the extra mile,
Embracing the grind, you know - having an anabolic mind;

My family had to celebrate early so I already had to do all those things... I'm sure you will achieve everything and have an awesome day with your family!!

my dad has hip tendon issues that might require surgery some day. last Thanksgiving I gave him a bottle of Helios 100 and he's almost done with it. he says it helps a lot, but we aren't out of the woods yet.

Good to hear he's got some relief, my mum has spondylitis so I'm always looking for something to help her manage pain.

Happy Christmas Eve everyone! Enjoy your time together. We put a baby proof handle on our door and my 5 year old got jn our bedroom and found all the presents and started opening up the big one!

Just that those were from us and we hope Santa brings them more. The wife hid the presents from Santa in a different spot.

Merry Christmas Everyone! Got done with a dollhouse at about 1am! Took about 3 1/2 hours.
