Alright lady's and gents.
Ordered some of apex alchemys ursa major and epichaos100 and it showed up as of two days ago.
Started lean bulking as of about 4 weeks ago. Coming off a couple of injuries over the last year and a bit that's taken a long time to recover from. (Two knee dislocations and broken collar bone, dislocated shoulder [separate ocassions])
Obviously I've lost a ton of size and put on a decent amount fluff; lost so much size it's not pheasable for me to cut down yet without gaining some of my size back so here we are Lean bulking.
Current macros;
2700cals
203g protein
338g carbs
60g Fats
4 weeks ago was about 2150 cals give or take. Just been slowly adjusting along with what the body decides to do for weight gain. Aiming 1-2lbs weekly. Which is on tract with me starting around 173lbs.
Current stats;
178.6lbs as of Saturday morning.

Hovering around 15%+ bf if I were to guess.
Most pics are taken in full frontal lighting to force myself to get back on track lol. Makes me more discouraged and forces me to keep on track. Like I said been on and off working out for about 2 years due to injuries. Prior to all this bs and covid I was about 213 and 11% bf.
You can see I have a good base in downlighting, just hiding from lack of progress over the last two years
Monday; back + 1 bicep exercise
Tuesday; chest + 1 shoulder/tri exercise
Wednesday; legs
Thursday; rest
Friday; back
Saturday; arms
Sunday; rest
I'll update pics as I go along over the next few weeks. I'll add on what last Saturday looked like below.
Must say it's only been two days, but the sleep logs I've had over the last few days have been way better.
Yesterday was the first workout I've had after starting the apex products, and I must say my legs were so tight after the workout. More than normal.
Current supplements;
B50 complex
Fish oil
Vitamin d 1000btu
Vitamin c
Ashwaganda
Betain anhydrous (timed around workout)
Chromium
Multi with iron
Zma before bed (this was before apex as well)
Generic pre workout
Ps; no idea how to tag people so hopefully the right people from apex get to see this haha.
