Apex alchemy ursa/epi log

Alright lady's and gents.

Ordered some of apex alchemys ursa major and epichaos100 and it showed up as of two days ago.

Started lean bulking as of about 4 weeks ago. Coming off a couple of injuries over the last year and a bit that's taken a long time to recover from. (Two knee dislocations and broken collar bone, dislocated shoulder [separate ocassions])

Obviously I've lost a ton of size and put on a decent amount fluff; lost so much size it's not pheasable for me to cut down yet without gaining some of my size back so here we are Lean bulking.

Current macros;
2700cals
203g protein
338g carbs
60g Fats

4 weeks ago was about 2150 cals give or take. Just been slowly adjusting along with what the body decides to do for weight gain. Aiming 1-2lbs weekly. Which is on tract with me starting around 173lbs.

Current stats;
178.6lbs as of Saturday morning.
6ft 1"
Hovering around 15%+ bf if I were to guess.

Most pics are taken in full frontal lighting to force myself to get back on track lol. Makes me more discouraged and forces me to keep on track. Like I said been on and off working out for about 2 years due to injuries. Prior to all this bs and covid I was about 213 and 11% bf.

You can see I have a good base in downlighting, just hiding from lack of progress over the last two years

Monday; back + 1 bicep exercise
Tuesday; chest + 1 shoulder/tri exercise
Wednesday; legs
Thursday; rest
Friday; back
Saturday; arms
Sunday; rest

I'll update pics as I go along over the next few weeks. I'll add on what last Saturday looked like below.

Must say it's only been two days, but the sleep logs I've had over the last few days have been way better.

Yesterday was the first workout I've had after starting the apex products, and I must say my legs were so tight after the workout. More than normal.

Current supplements;
B50 complex
Fish oil
Vitamin d 1000btu
Vitamin c
Ashwaganda
Betain anhydrous (timed around workout)
Chromium
Multi with iron
Zma before bed (this was before apex as well)
Generic pre workout

Ps; no idea how to tag people so hopefully the right people from apex get to see this haha.

So you're right there is no progress because I haven't uploaded any pictures. Those pictures are my starting pictures.

Like I said I'll upload more as the time goes by.

Starting pics. Current physique; been back at the gym for 4 weeks prior to these pics.

The sleep logs are before and after starting the apex products. Sleeps been phenominal.

If you guys could tag the proper people from apex so they can get a proper honest log of their products I'd appreciate it.

Following. Keep with it man. Iโ€™m sure you know as well as anyone that consistence is one of the biggest factors. Diet/nutrition as well as some kick a$$ Apex products, combined with a consistent training routine will have you adding some mass fairly quickly, especially if youโ€™re โ€œre-gaining.โ€ Good luck ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿค˜

Thanks dude. Strength has been consistently going up over the last 4 weeks since being back and consistent.

Excited to see what happens now. I'm using ursa along with epichaos hoping it'll keep some extra flub from forming while eating more food each week. Wasn't sure what to expect, so I'll be ordering some more soon if things continue to get better haha.

Today will be the first day doing back at the gym after starting the apex stuff, so later tonight I'll post up how it felt today vs Monday (back day monday as well). Monday apex products weren't haha.

I work out in a sweater year round and I get hot but like today I was soaked lol. First thing I've noticed and it's only day 3 ๐Ÿ˜‚

I'm taking the weekly pictures tomorrow, so I'll upload them up at some point tomorrow for you guys. It's only 4 days with apex as of tomorrow so don't expect anything super drastic yet.

Alright boys.

Weighed in this morning at 179lbs, .6lbs up from last sat.

Look a little fluffier probably because I had a few beers last night but that's life.

If you peep the pics before and of today's pics in the forearm area, they got more veins. For reference last saturday was 17 degrees Celsius (I'm from Canada lol I'm not converting it) and this saturday is 5 degrees so the extra veins are not due to the warmer weather.

I missed arms last week so today's workout will be after a two week break so we shall see if the lifts went up ๐Ÿ˜œ

Had to do an oil change this morning so heading to the gym now.

Today was a rest day but it's so nice out and I was in such a good mood I went to the gym and did a quick 45 min chest workout.

Had some nice serrations in the upper chest. Surprised since I'm up weight this week. Was a nice surprise. Strength was way up today too.

I'll attach some pics of my logs below.

Epichaos is starting to make a noticeable difference too now. Was doing cable Preacher curls today with 90lbs x 10 reps for 4 sets. Last week I did 80lbs for 3 sets of 8 lol.

Gym got mag grips today too. Lat pulldowns today were phenominal. Huge lat pump today, back feels great. Whole body feels tight even with high carbs and high water intake.

The pumps are starting to kick in a lot harder now.

1 set of bench press today had me feeling tight as ****. 1 single warm up set lol.

No pics today. Way to hungry.

Incline db press went from 65s for 10 to 70s for 8 today though. Bench is up to 155lbs for sets of 8 as well. Bench gives me some shoulder issues still a bit, but its slowly getting stronger and easier.
Strength is on the rise ๐Ÿ‘€

Do you just do one warm up set on bench before going straight to your working set?

That's how bench went today. Over 2 mins of rest between sets for the last 3 sets.
3 mins between bench and Incline dumbell press as well.

When I cut its a bit different. Rpe goes to around 8 and I cut rest to under 60s lol.

Side note; I've gone from 173lbs to almost 180lbs as of this morning. Over the last few weeks.

Hasn't been a week of apex stuff as of yet (Thursday is one week) however I'm still keeping my vascularity even when I'm up almost 10lbs.

This pic was literally taken 2 mins ago when I was getting rice together.

I'll take measurements this weekend as well for all the main muscle groups ๐Ÿค™

Well boys, pumps just keep getting better.

up officially 2lbs since starting apex and up officially 12lbs since starting the bulk.

Still staying Lean, still staying vascular, strength continues to go up.

Also all the muscle I've lost of the last few years of being super inconsistent is starting to take shape again.

Endurance is through the roof today hahaha.

Felt like I could work out forever today lol.

I dropped 2lbs this week lmao.

Chest went from 37" to 39.5" now.
Biceps went from 13" to 13.5"
Shoulders went from 46.5" to 48".

Growing and losing weight lol craziness.

Forearms were super vascular today at the gym too.

Random question boys.

I got enough apex products for 4/5 weeks.

Probably ordering more to keep this going for 8 weeks ๐Ÿ˜

Should I add in some hyperion? Is it suppressive at all; just curious.

Anything else you boys want to see me stack up and annihilate this bulk ๐Ÿคช

its plenty strong at 1 ml per day and will not shut u down.

it would be a good choice for bulking due to its ability to free up test.
