Got 4 bottles of Helios! For me, it really helped with my nagging knee problems and my in-laws also saw a lot of relief from their constant arthritis.
 
Should I get some Helios or wait on the Helioplex ??

The Helioplex will have menthol and myrcene added. I think it will 1 just feel nice but more importantly, 2 help with pain and inflammation issues that are exacerbated by the surrounding muscle being in a bit of a spasm.

Helios will be a bit easier on the wallet if you don't need the extras and/or just want the general health benefits of curcumin (as Tetrahydrocurcumin)

When will the helioplex be out?
or do you think Helios will be enough for tendinitis? Would it work better if applied then put an elbow sleeve over it to keep it heated up?

Hopefully by the end of the month. I think it could help with tendinitis. I have a brother in law who works on the computer all day who added it to his tendinitis arsenal. I do think the sleeve could be an additional benefit.

I have been following the Flashpoint logs and I am experiencing some of the same things as everyone else, but I am seeing more dramatic changes in my midsection and shoulders due to 1ml 3 to 4 times daily. before a workout, after a workout, after lunch, and before bedtime.

We ditched the tiny bit of laxo in favor of more Tetrahydrocurcumin and a blend of terpenes instead of just myrcene and we're gonna see if it holds in a new carrier...
