i just started AP this week. i am currently doing DoggCrapp style training and diet. DC diet for those that don't know is basically seperating carbs from fats and having a carb cutoff so i basically eat my first 4 meals as carb+protein, and last 2 meals of the day as pro+fats. i average about 300g carbs/300g protein/100g fat each day with no carbs after 12am (i work nights so i usually go to bed around 6am). also, protein is consumed first before carbs or fat. the purpose of all this is to 1) not cause an insulin spike for fat cells to take in nutrients, 2) carb cutoff in hopes of being ketogenic when doing morning cardio, and 3) make sure protein is fully absorbed in meals. my question is, do i need to follow this type of diet anymore now that i am taking anabolic pump? also, do i have to take AP on an empty stomach or can i take it while eating protein, then eat carbs 15 minutes later?
