Max Bench: 410 (about 3 years ago, raw, and at 205lbs) I had a complete tear of my left pectoral so heavy bar bench presses are done for me.
Max Squat: 565 (I havent done them in a while, because I train in a garage and we havent purchased another rack yet.)
Max Deadlift: 545
TRAINING
My training style changes a lot. I train off of instinct mostly. Im very aware of how my body reacts to different styles. I've done DC, HIT, High-Volume and currently, its a mix of high intensity and high volume. I wont be listing my planned workouts as they change so frequently, but I will be listing each workout I have and feelings on each exercise.
NUTRITION
Training Days
9AM: 10liquid whites, 1scoop WPI, 2 cups water, 1 cup slow oats
10:50AM: (Preworkout) 2scoops WPI, 1cup slow oats, 30gs of WMS(about 80gs of carbs is what I need for my PSLIN), 2cups water
11AM-130PM: drinking 1gallon of water with 3scoops of PurpleWrath
1:45PM: (Postworkout) 2scoops Vitargo(80gs), 2scoopsWPI, 2cups water, 15gs of BCAAs
4PM: 10oz grilled chicken(chopped in tiny pieces), .5cup blackbeans, 1 cup of wholewheat pasta, low sugar pasta sauce(I throw all of it in a bowl, mash it up, and enjoy)
6PM: 1/2lb 93/7 lean beef(chopped), 1 cup brownrice, lowfatcheese, a little texas pete(again, all mixed up in a bowl, heat, and enjoy)
8PM: 10oz grilled chicken(or flanksteak), handful of lowsalt cashews
10PM: 3scoops MuscleMilk, 2 servings (10gsFiber) Pysilliumseedhusks, 2cups of Carbcountdown FF Dairy Beverage
Nontraining Days

4PM: 1/2lb 93/7 lean beef(might add in some carbs here if I dont feel Im bulking enough and my fatgain is low)
6PM: 2scoops WPI with water
8PM: 10oz grilled chicken, handful of lowsalt cashews
10PM: 3scoops MuscleMilk, 1 serving (5gsFiber) Pysilliumseedhusks, 2cups of Carbcountdown FF Dairy Beverage
Basically, I will be using a highcarb approach on workout days and about 1/3 that amount on non/workout days. I know my stack will help to stop fatgain while bulking, but Im still pretty carbsensitive, so I think this approach will work just right.
GOAL WITH THIS LOG
Well, this will be a LEAN bulk, but I may get much more aggressive depending on how I respond to the excess carbs. Im hoping that I will gain 10-15lbs in this one month. Yes, its a very lofty goal, but I truly believe my supplement stack, heavier training load, and a spot-on diet will make this a possibility. I would also like for my Deadlift and a few other lifts to get back to normal and possibly hit a PR or do here and there. Im gonna be pushing it extremely hard for this 30day run. I really think the extra carbs and increased bodyweight will have me pushing some big weights. Its time to get back to the basics and just destroy sh**!! Man, Im pumped for this one!!!!!!

(Originally, this stack was intended to be while I was 'on' my Epidrol cycle, but that just ended yesterday and I just got my PSLIN/AP, so obviously, it will be while Im 'on'. I would like to note that I've taken everything in this stack before(excluding PSLIN), so I know what to expect and I feel very confident that I will be able to tell how much the AP/PSLIN is really doing.)

1Arm Preacher Dumbell Curls- 9 sets of 10 each ( I did bottomhalves for 3 sets of 10, and tophalves for 3 sets of 10 and fulls for 3 sets of 10 with no rest)
Incline Dumbell Curls- warmup, 1 big drop of 40sx10/30sx20/20sx30
Overall Impressions So Far
I felt some insane pumps today. Holycrap! Im ready for some chest/tris. Not really much out to report, but you definately need 75gs of carbs or you will feel like arse!! Update coming tommorrow....
