TRAINING
My training style changes a lot. I train off of instinct mostly. Im very aware of how my body reacts to different styles. I've done DC, HIT, High-Volume and currently, its a mix of high intensity and high volume. I wont be listing my planned workouts as they change so frequently, but I will be listing each workout I have and feelings on each exercise.

NUTRITION

Training Days
9AM: 10liquid whites, 1scoop WPI, 2 cups water, 1 cup slow oats
10:50AM: (Preworkout) 2scoops WPI, 1cup slow oats, 30gs of WMS(about 80gs of carbs is what I need for my PSLIN), 2cups water
11AM-130PM: drinking 1gallon of water with 3scoops of PurpleWrath
1:45PM: (Postworkout) 2scoops Vitargo(80gs), 2scoopsWPI, 2cups water, 15gs of BCAAs
4PM: 10oz grilled chicken(chopped in tiny pieces), .5cup blackbeans, 1 cup of wholewheat pasta, low sugar pasta sauce(I throw all of it in a bowl, mash it up, and enjoy)
6PM: 1/2lb 93/7 lean beef(chopped), 1 cup brownrice, lowfatcheese, a little texas pete(again, all mixed up in a bowl, heat, and enjoy)
8PM: 10oz grilled chicken(or flanksteak), handful of lowsalt cashews

Basically, I will be using a highcarb approach on workout days and about 1/3 that amount on non/workout days. I know my stack will help to stop fatgain while bulking, but Im still pretty carbsensitive, so I think this approach will work just right.

GOAL WITH THIS LOG
Well, this will be a LEAN bulk, but I may get much more aggressive depending on how I respond to the excess carbs. Im hoping that I will gain 10-15lbs in this one month. Yes, its a very lofty goal, but I truly believe my supplement stack, heavier training load, and a spot-on diet will make this a possibility. I would also like for my Deadlift and a few other lifts to get back to normal and possibly hit a PR or do here and there. Im gonna be pushing it extremely hard for this 30day run. I really think the extra carbs and increased bodyweight will have me pushing some big weights. Its time to get back to the basics and just destroy sh**!! Man, Im pumped for this one!!!!!!

I would like to note that I've taken everything in this stack before(excluding PSLIN), so I know what to expect and I feel very confident that I will be able to tell how much the AP/PSLIN is really doing.)

Well, the strength was good today. Pumps were again the most noticeable think. I used 80gs of Vitargo instead of oats today, since I ran out. Tommorrow will be Legs/Deads!! Looking forward to it...
 
Do you feel a difference between oats and wms? I started using hrs and wow its a huge pump dosed 1:30 minutes before a workout.

I really couldnt tell much of a difference yesterday, but that was only one dose. Which one do you prefer? So you take the PSLIN an hour and a half before your prew/o shake?

No I take the Pslin 15 minutes before timing the WMS 1 hour-1 hour and 15 minutes before workout and if I use Oats I wait 2 hours.

DAY 5
I decided to get in a good standup session instead of hitting the weights. I went outside (104degrees/114w/heat index) and basically had my a** handed to me by my MMA instructor. He says that Im a 'natural' and one of the most talented 'big' guys he's ever seen, but I really dont feel that way as he's beating me relentlessly. I dont think Im talented, but I KNOW I won't quit, so at least I have that goin for me. He 'forgot'(accidentally on purpose) to bring any pads, so today I feel like I've been stomped on my an elephant. My shoulders(mainly reardelts) are really sore from all the punching. It was a very good cardio session. I know this because I puked and had to lay in the floor for about 30min's to keep from dying. I've had a few issues w/work(2 of my employees recently quit), so my workout schedule has been a little f'd up. I will be attempting to get up around 5AM tommorrow to go get some cardio in and a brief superset workout for arms before heading in to work. My diet has remained consistent, and right now, I can say that I feel much fuller througout the day. Ill report back following my next workout.
 
DAY 6(AM Workout)
(Even If I only get 6hrs of sleep, that really leaves me with only 25-30 minutes in the AM, so Im doing superset isolation type ex's on Mon/Tues. Im hoping to increase my cardio for MMA and possible bring out some extra definition)

Weight is still the same right now, but its early so time will tell. Im headed to work, then conference call, then Ill get off and do some BJJ work w/my MMA coach. Ill report back as to how my afternoon stamina is....

Your activity level is real high(mma-weights-work, I know becasue i'm in the same boat) so putting alot of pounds may be difficult unless you are eating for that purpose. Really, thats my main goal anyways. If I cant get denser and a little stronger with increases in stamina, then Ill be happy. I like bulking, but Id prefer leanness over size any day. Also, a lot of size really wont help me too much with MMA. You're right, my schedule is pretty busy, so Id really have to get aggressive with the cal intake to do an all-out bulk. So far, Im really happy with the fullnesss I'm feeling.

I have all the raws you mentioned above, so I'll cap me a nice mix and try that with todays workout. I have a rough guesstimate on mg dosages, but if you'd give me what you use, Id like duplicate and see what happens.

I've been so busy lately that I really havent been able to put the amount of detail in that I normally would. Worked on 3 punch combos with extra emphasis on my weaker side. I worked on my leg kicks for about 10 minutes. I also did 2 seperate stretching sessions(this is the worst part about MMA training for me).

Overall Impressions So Far
My weight is still the same which is fine. After the workout today, I took off my shirt just to evaluate everything, and DANG, the vascularity is crazy. My chest has been slightly bigger in the past, but never this cut. The pumps today were the best they've been so far. I was training chest and my freaking forearms were pumped like crazy. I tried to reach over with my left arm and roll up my right shirt sleeve and I couldnt do it. That was 5 minutes after the workout. I love some increased pumps, so Im :thumbsup: . Tommorrow will be the true test of strength, stamina, and pumps. Its deadlifts and legs. I cannot imagine how crazy the pumps will be with me doing trisets after the deads. Update after tommorrows workout....

First, work has been taking up way too much of my time lately which is cutting into my workout time, sleep, food prep, etc... Basically, my diet has managed to remain consistent with the only change being that I've had to use a few extra of my special MRP's that I create for really busy days. In about 5-7 days, my schedule will return to normal and then I plan on tearing the gym apart day in and day out like normal. Anyways, Im really impressed with the pumps more than anything. I actually couldnt do several of my planned triceps ex's because my bi's were so pumped that it was hindering my range of motion greatly. I love it!!!!!!!!

Ill just sum up how things have been going lately. They have sucked royally. My job is taking all my time which is killing my workouts, but thats not even enough to start to bother me compared to my real problems. I posted a thread about this in the supplement section. My uncle is also my training partner. He is the one that made me workout when I was 15. He's the one that taught me that no matter what, you DONT QUIT. Ive trained exclusively with him in his shed, that we call 'The Steel Dungeon', for about 9 years now. My father was killed in a car accident about 3 years ago, and my uncle has always been a father figure, but with my father being gone, he really is now. My uncle is blind and has been his whole life, but he's always been the most enthusiastic, outgoing, most positive person you'd ever meet. Recently(about 3 weeks now), he's fallen into a deep deep state of depression. Until then, he hadnt missed a week of working out for over 40 years. Now, Im lucky if he even answers his phone. He's now on prescription anti-depressants and zanex, but its not helping. Other than the depression, he's a completely healthy 62 year old guy. Honestly(not to be all emotional but...), its killing me. I go down to that shed where he and I have shed so much blood, sweat, and tears, and I have to do it by myself. Its partly the fact that I dont have a training partner to motivate me and partly the sadness I feel from knowing how bad off he is. Im going to keep pushing on. I just wanted to let USPlabs and everyone else know, that normally I'd have more time and dedication to put into this log, but right now its just hard. Ill be hitting either chest/back 2moro, so Ill update then. Ill really appreciate it if anyone that reads this could say a prayer for my uncle. Also, if anyone has any ideas to offer as to how I might could help him, please post them. Thanks.

PS: PSLIN is awesome. You know how much I love AP, but a PSLIN workout vs. a nonPSLIN workout really shows you just how powerfull the product is. Pumps and fullness so far have been off the charts.

In the next day or so, Im just gonna head over there and physically drag him out of the house and just ride around a little bit and maybe buy him a good dinner. Well, you will notice that my workouts will vary a good bit from the way they normally are laid out. Im training solo now, so obviously, I have no spotter. Again, I train in a shed, so asking someone for a spot is also, NOT an option. In order to still try to get productive workouts, Im planning on trying giantsets such as Milos Sarcev has his clients use for precontest training. I will still try to get in a few heavy basic movements with each workout, but the bulk of it will be done in giantset fashion. With chest, since I have a pre-existing pec injury, I will really be doing only bloodvolume training.

Overall Impressions So Far
I got some of the best pumps of my life today. Before the workout, I had ZERO energy and motivation. I only had about half of my normal preworkout dose of stim's, but as soon as I downed my 60gs of carbs after the PSLIN, I felt great. I seriously had a ton of energy once the workout got started. Its nice to get some good clean energy and not have to overload your system w/stims. Next week should pretty much be back to normal at work, so look for some better workouts coming up. I feel very full day and Ive stayed pretty lean even though I've had way more carbs than normal. Considering all the other aspects of my PSLIN run, this has been great. My next update wont be until monday. I look forward to being refreshed and ready to step back in with full intensity...

Overall Impressions So Far
Well, Im freaking crazy excited to get back to normal. This new type of training(giantsets, etc...) has really got me motivated again. My pumps(again) are insane. My weight is the same was when I started PCT, which is awesome. I feel like the next few weeks will show some great improvements in vascularity. Im back to being motivated about every workout. Ill update after my next one.

Overall Impressions So Far
PUMPS, PUMPS, AND MORE PUMPS!!! Good night, its crazy. I can look at a weight and get a pump. Thats huge for any bodybuilders. Also, my stamina is up and the fullness is present 24/7. I felt a little lightheaded 2day preworkout so I upped my carbs to about 100 and it was perfect. I felt fine within 5 minutes. This is getting good. My tri's are so sore that they feel about 2 inches bigger just from inflammation from yesterdays workout. Next ones on Friday....

Great updates!

I took in about 120 g carbs from shredded wheat and honey preworkout and experienced the most muscle fullness/pump I have EVER felt. You might want to play around with more carbs.

Overall Impressions So Far
Today was the best workout I have so far. My strength and stamina were great. I upped the carbs to 85 preworkout and holy crap, DYNOMITE!!!! Thats the way to do it right there. I had pumps similar to a test/tren/dbol cycle. Seriously, off the charts. Im finally feeling good about myself again and getting rest and back to normal. Its ON next week!!! Off day 2moro and then update Sunday

Pumps, pumps, and pumps. I am actually more sore everday just from the insane pumps. That means more bloodvolume and more growth. My back was sore for about 5 days and I didnt even do but about a half workout for it. Craziness...

Well, I've only got 3 days left and that sucks. Basically, I've been in PCT and dropped no weight and lost no strength during that time. Of course, diet, rest, etc... can account for some of that, but I know these crazy pumps and lack of fatgain from highcarb intakes have to be attributed to this stack. Ive got 3 days and 2 more workouts on this stack, so Ill be making em count. Update coming following chest day...

I did that workout it about 35 minutes which was pretty intense. The weights werent anything crazy but much more than I normally could do at that speed. I had some awesome stamina during this workout.

Side Notes
I got a ton of things to do today, so Ill have to postpone my final review. Ill post a detailed final report sometime in the next few days. Its been a fun ride....
 
FINAL REVIEW OF MY AP/PSLIN STACK
Weight: went up 3lbs and bf was slightly reduced
Strength: I train more for endurance than strength right now, but the this stack gave me stamina for days!!
Hardness/Vascularity: This was one of the top 2 benefits of this stack. Im just much more veiny and full than I was when this stack began.
Pumps: By far the most insane pumps Ive ever experienced when not "on". Not only that, I was in PCT and lost no size or strength and I managed put on 3lbs.
General Feelings on my 30 Day Stack: I felt great throughout. I usually keep my carbs very low(Im very carbsensitive), but I was able to raise that amount nicely with no fatgain. I dont think I would use this yearround just because of being on a budget. However, I will consider PSLIN a staple P C T product of mine from now on because thats the time I really have to focus on higher cal/carb intakes to prevent muscle loss from my cycle. Im sure this stack would suit each individual differently, but for me, P C T and maybe during my few months of leanbulking are ideal times to use it. Its crazy to see what results can be obtained just by adding in 2 supps and extra carbs. I consider this a very safe, effective nonhormonal stack that everyone should try at least once.
