AP/Cissus/Powerfull/Camp/Cialabol

Would it be ok to stack AP/Cissus/Powerfull/Camp/Cialabol? I usually workout shortly after my first meal. How would I dose AP and Cialabol? Thanks for the help.
 
if it were me I would take the AP/Cialabol 15 minutes before the first meal, which would be your preworkout meal.

then take the AP/Cialabol 15 minutes before your postorkout meal.

then I would take the last dose of AP/Cialabol 15 minutes before your last big meal of the day.

1 AP and 2 Cialabol before your high carb meals, stick with 3 AP spaced out throughout the day with your highest carb meals and the Cialabol you can go as high as 16 if you want. But if you want to conserve then go with 2 Cialabol pre-workout, 2 post-workout and then 2 with another high carb meal. This is an AWESOME stack, just really cram down those carbs, you body will be a glucose metabolizing machine, this stack had me ravenous all the time!
 
Sounds great! I'm excited now! So would it be more ideal to take a dose with my post workout shake? or with the meal I eat after I have the shake?

Post-workout for sure aslong as you have 60g+ Carbohydrates. Btw I did the exact same stack (excluding AP) and had great results in just 12 days, really awesome stack.

Before the post-workout shake and i'd increase your post-workout carb intake, so if you currently taking in say 80g's post-workout bring it up to around 120g's or so, either mix low and hi gi sources or go with straight low gi.

Carb intake depends on weight aswell as Goals.
 
Thanks for the help. Im 225 now at around 22% BF. What happens if I dont get enough carbs, other than being hypo?
