1 AP and 2 Cialabol before your high carb meals, stick with 3 AP spaced out throughout the day with your highest carb meals and the Cialabol you can go as high as 16 if you want. But if you want to conserve then go with 2 Cialabol pre-workout, 2 post-workout and then 2 with another high carb meal. This is an AWESOME stack, just really cram down those carbs, you body will be a glucose metabolizing machine, this stack had me ravenous all the time!
