Also how important is it to take AP and PF on offdays? Like is there one that really should taken everyday or would it only mostly matter if taken during workout days?
What about if your morning timeline can't quite fit that in? I don't quite have that much time between wakeup and workout in the mornings, so i've been doing ap 15 minutes pre meal, then working out 15 minutes later, and having PF when I get home with a non carb protein shake
