Does AP work better for people who are at higher body fat percentages rather than for people who might already be in the single digits or close?

No, it will work with any body type. AP can be beneficial for those that are at higher bf as it helps increase insulin sensitivity which they are typically slightly resistant. It is also beneficial to those already lean as it causes carbs to be utilized more efficiently allowing higher than normal consumption without putting on additional adipose. In short, people who are in both of the afore mentioned conditions are enjoying benefits from AP supplementation.

those at higher bodyfat percentages that find weight loss difficult could have an insulin resistance problem and in thier quest to weight loss AP would be the most beneficial supplement one could buy and without correcting insulin resistance issues weight loss is terribly difficult and extremely CATABOLIC.

Would dosing for AP be any different for somebody that has low/poor insulin sensitivity or would it pretty much be the same for everybody? Let's assume I'm lean bulking :D

The only difference would be not to increase carbohydrate intake in the inceptioin of dosing. I would use AP for 2-3 weeks and then increase carbohydrate intake slowly/

I would keep carbohydrates between 30-40 grams per AP dose.

If anythign i think it WOULD be more effective as one of the biggest factors in excess body fat is insulin insensitivity. So make yourself more sensitive to insulin and the fat should come off much easier.

O my it's probably the biggest..Let me bring mullet to preach about PPar.(screams mullet!)

I just started using AP a week ago, and already have noticed a difference. I digest carbs much quicker and feel hungry every 2 hours.. I also have more strength and endurance in the gym. Amazing stuff! I was wondering if stacking AP with P-slin would increase muscle gain/fat loss even more??

As Jacob said, it probably finds its greatest utilization in individuals with normal-high to high bodyfat percentage. Obesity can obviously be caused by a wide range of overarching factors, hypothyroidism,Type I/Type II Diabetes, etc., However, these conditions are still mediated through certain mechanisms within the body which cause lipid hypertrophy (fat gain).

One of these is a ligand-dependent transcriptor named PPAR Gamma, which has a few isoforms (1,2,3). The one we are primarily concerned with is PPAR Gamma 2, which activates genes within adipose tissue as a response to stimuli. The reason why PPAR Gamma 2 is so problematic is its immediate activation in lipid-binding genes due to the presence of any number of response stimuli. This means it plays a very large role in lipid accumulation, by whatever overarching mechanism.

The reason why we are especially interested in PPAR Gamma 2 in this regard is that the ingredients in Anabolic Pump have been clinically shown to interrupt the PPAR-mediated lipogenesis process. This is in itself interesting as AP than creates a two-pronged effect on the deviation from fat gain; firstly, increased Insulin sensitivity leads to less 'spill-over' glucose to be converted to lipids (this then itself has a secondary effect as more muscle tissue leads to a higher metabolic rate); secondly, the interrupting of inherent processes within adipocytes (fat cells) causes the body to accumulate less lipids.

P.S.

I already posted in this thread but it didn't show up? I responded to Stx's query.

Ugh, that sux...thanks for taking the time to repost that!

Hey! AP & PF are the best supplements I've ever used! Keep bringin' them out guys! Mullet, your tooooo smart!

I ave a question that may be unique, I'm not sure. I'm in the middle of a bulking phase. I've noticed that while using AP & PF, that my I'm growing lean muscle, while my bodyfat percentage is going down. Is that common?

My weight is going down, I'm growing lean muscle & my bodyfat % is in decline. does that make any sense? Is it common? Or am I doing the impossible? lol

My protein intake is usually 1.5g per lb of bodyweight. Carb intake is 1.9g per lb of bodyweight. I'm drinking plenty of water. I'm hitting the weights 5-6 times a week, doing half an hour of cardio, three days a week.

Not uncommon, perse, but definitely still lucky. The same thing happens with me, your net-weight changes and you receive a nice recomposition effect.
