Anything that can inhibit ghrelin?

And to be fair I'm usually battling some kind of injury but it's long term wear and tear. For the past 2 years I've been trying to act like I'm 20 in attempting to feel 20 lol

Nope never had a eating disorder, never been fat except for pushing a bulk too far, never been underweight ever. Always been a big eater. Can put food away like no1's business. The only reason I'm overly hungry at night lately is because I'm used to having my meals at the same time every day and now I'm forced into fasting most of the day. It's not unbearable, im just in a different realm with if. I'm still dropping bf and beating the log book every workout so not overly worried. Just trying to avoid the 3am sweet tooth lol
Hi bud. Sounds like something is missing that your body is crying out for? I feel like this also and can also polish off insane amounts of food. My issue is my body just isn't happy with how lean I am. I'm not crazy lean but i was very over weight before and my body seems to crave much less food with more body fat on me.

I've tried all supplements and nothing has worked sadly. I just have to tell myself is I remain lean and have this hunger or gain fat any get better satiety signals. It's not an easy situation.

Are you fairly lean?

Not really lean, not fat. Abs are visible. Veins showing in my arms, shoulders and calves. The calipers have me at 11% but it's probably closer to 13 or 14%

I don't think I have any problems other then I'm use to eating 5 times a day and now I'm working a lot harder then normal and eating 2 meals. I work a labor job most of my life and doing some kind of training 5-8x week. It drives up hunger. My maintenance calories were approximately 3000 before I picked up the extra work so if anything I'm undereating and doing so on 2 meals a day. Haven't weighed myself the past week but I'd bet I've lost 5-8lbs. I'm gonna check tomorrow morning
